After graduating in 2010, Diana began her legal career defending healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions. She gained invaluable insight into the interworking of the tripartite defense relationship involving the insurance company, her defense firm, and the defendant healthcare provider.

Diana has also helped raise funds for non-profit organizations such as GiGi’s Playhouse Portland (an organization supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families). Fighting for the underdog has brought a new perspective to her professional life, and she is so excited to now be advocating for those who have been victims of malpractice.

Diana graduated from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 2010. While a law student she worked in the fields of employment and labor law, as well as securities. Before law school, Diana received a B.S. in entomology, and minors in economics and communications from the University of California at Davis.
