Paria T. Clemons has been instrumental in handling a variety of litigation tasks – from case inception to trial. Paria has a background in working in mass torts and complex civil litigation matters.

She currently assists the attorneys of Ikuta Hemesath, LLP in Medical Malpractice, Elder Abuse, and Personal Injury cases. Paria’s duties as a Legal Clerk include client contact, managing client files, preparing and serving discovery documents, drafting demand letters and mediation documents, requesting records, and assisting attorneys with all other aspects of trial preparation.

Paria has a J.D. from Whittier Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from California State University of Northridge. Paria is a Southern California native and is a first-generation Iranian American. Paria is fluent in Farsi.

Paria and her husband volunteer with the Orange County Coast Keeper once a month. Paria enjoys giving back to her community and helping the environment. Paria enjoys golfing, traveling, watching football, fine dining, and spending her days by the beach.
